Refund and Compliance Policy

Compliance Statement
At Empire Digital Consultancy, we maintain the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and transparency.
We do not support, engage in, or encourage any fraudulent activities. Our operations are fully in compliance with the Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN) regulations and guidelines.
All services, particularly company registrations and official documentations, are conducted legally and responsibly through appropriate government channels.
Refund Policy
At Empire Digital Consultancy, we value client satisfaction and fairness. However, due to the nature of our work, our refund policy is structured as follows:
- Eligibility for Refunds:
- Clients are entitled to a full refund only if no action has been taken to commence their project after payment has been made.
- If work has already begun, refunds will be issued based on the percentage of project completion.
- For A Website Project, 70% is first deducted for purchase of first phase resources which are, Domain, Hosting, SSL, Premium Resources on start-up.
- Refund Breakdown:
- 0% Progress: 100% refund.
- 1% – 30% Progress: 70% refund.
- 31% – 60% Progress: 40% refund.
- 61% – 99% Progress: 10% refund.
- 100% Completed Project: No refunds available.
- Project Commencement:
- A project is considered “commenced” once any planning, design, development, content creation, documentation, or official processing work has begun.
- Internal administrative preparations are also considered the beginning of the project.
- Refund Processing:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after verification on amounts less than 50k.
- On Amounts from 100k – 500k will take 31 Business days.
- On Amounts from 600k – 1M+ will take 3Months and 7 Working Days.
- Non-Refundable Services:
- Completed CAC registration services, once submitted to government agencies, are non-refundable.
- Third-party costs (such as domain registration, hosting, paid advertisement credits) already incurred on behalf of the client are non-refundable.
Important Notice
- Empire Digital Consultancy reserves the right to decline refund requests that are inconsistent with this policy.
- By making a payment to Empire Digital Consultancy, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund and Compliance Policy.
